A handful of individual holdings helped buoy the SC Asian Opportunity Fund up 5.6% in June, making it one of the top performers for the month.
Neil Koffler of SC Fundamental, which manages the fund, said positions in South Korea did particularly well, and helped boost the overall portfolio. The fund’s second-largest holdings are in Malaysia; other markets of interest are Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong.
