Duet Group, the international alternative asset manager, has appointed Philippe Laraison as the new chief investment officer of the Duet Commodities Fund following the recent departure of former manager Tony Hall.
Laraison joins from Societe Generale, where he has been since 1994. He has held several positions within the commodities group at SocGen and most recently ran the bank’s global proprietary commodities business.
