KPMG adds five to growing alternative investment practice


KPMG has made a handful of new hires for its alternatives practice, bringing onboard new partners and managing directors with expertise in hedge funds, private equity, M&A, regulation and other areas relating to the alternative investment industry.

Ted Carreiro joined KPMG in June as a federal tax partner within the Alternative Investment Funds practice in Boston, Mass. As a certified public accountant, he has more than 18 years of investment management industry experience, including five years of fund accounting experience and over 13 years’ tax experience. Most recently, he has been focused on assisting fund clients in preparing
