Alpha Strategic taps M&A expert McKay as firm’s new CEO


Alpha Strategic, the publicly-quoted investment firm that focuses on acquiring minority interests in independent fund management businesses, has appointed Alistair McKay as CEO to replace Nicola Meaden Grenham.

McKay has taken on his new role with effect from 1 October. He is a chartered accountant who has developed a career in investment banking, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and IPOs in the financial services sector
