RiverCrest hires ex-Lansdowne macro manager Davidson


RiverCrest Capital, the London-based absolute return fund management firm established last year by Sir John Beckwith’s Pacific Investments and led by experienced hedge fund industry executive Rod Barker as its CEO, has appointed former Lansdowne and Morgan Stanley man Richard Davidson as investment strategy adviser to the firm.

In his new role, Davidson will work with the teams running the RiverCrest Global Equity Fund and RiverCrest European Equity Alpha Fund teams to provide additional global macroeconomic and strategic research to the existing investment processes.
