Huttenlocher’s Myriad eyes $2 billion by year-end

Myriad Asset Management, the multi-strat vehicle by former Highbridge Capital star trader Carl Huttenlocher, is looking to grow the size of assets under its management to around $2 billion by the end of the year.

The firm has advised allocators that it will ‘hard close’ to new money its Myriad Opportunities Fund once the fund reaches that size. The fund will reach its first year anniversary in November and was one of the biggest start-ups of last year.
