Larry Kochard, previously at Georgetown University, and Chris McDonough, previously of Philadelphia Board of Pensions, have both moved on to new investment departments in 2011.
Kochard had been chief investment officer at Georgetown University and was the founding director of the investment office since 2004. He has formally become chief executive officer of the University of Virginia’s Investment Management Company (UVIMCO). He succeeded Christopher Brightman, who resigned in 2010.
