An Asian investment strategy, managed by Indus Capital Partners, is the fifth UCITS hedge fund to launch onto the Morgan Stanley platform.
The Indus PacifiChoice Asia Fund will offer access to a long/short equity strategy focused on the Asia Pacific region including Australia and Japan. The investment managers are using Morgan Stanley’s Irish-domiciled FundLogic Alternatives Platform.
Indus Capital Partners is a New York-headquartered internationally focused long/short equity group founded in 2000 by former Soros partners David Kowitz and Sheldon Kasowitz.
The firm has a highly successful 10 year track record, assets of around $4 billion and managers money for a blue-chip roster (see earlier story here).
