FRM adds Simpson for global business development role

Financial Risk Management, the $9 billion fund of hedge fund group founded by Blaine Tomlinson in 1991, has hired Anthony Simpson as co-head of global business development in London. In this new role, Simpson will lead FRM’s client development activities globally, partnering with Akio Shimazu, who is responsible for FRM’s business in Japan and Korea. Simpson, who was co-head of global business development for Ramius, will also join FRM’s executive committee.
