Thames River has added to its property team by hiring Raymond Lahaut as manager of the Longstone long/short real estate equity fund. He joined the team on 1 January.
Lahaut has managed portfolios of property securities since 1999, first at Insinger de Beaufort and later at Ohra Asset Management, Swiss Finance & Property and Portland Capital. He has run long/short portfolios since 2005. Most recently, he worked on the sell-side at Rabobank.
