Global fund administrator Apex Fund Services is opening a Cayman Islands office as part of its bid to expand its global fund-servicing platform.
The Cayman office was established by Alric Lindsay, a former investment funds attorney with leading offshore law firms Maples and Calder and Ogier. He will continue to act as an independent party and will maintain a close working relationship with group managing director Peter Hughes.
