Timothy Jarry was named chief investment officer for the College of the Holy Cross on 1 January.

The Worcester, Massachusetts, college has a $522 million endowment that has roughly $255 million in hedge funds. The programme is split across a number of strategies – 35% multi-strategy, 32% long/short equity, 18% portable alpha, 7% real estate, 6% global macro and 2% commodities.
