Platform hits $1 billion milestone


Assets under management on Schroder GAIA’s alternative UCITS platform have now reached $1.03 billion, 18 months since the platform was launched.

The platform was launched in November 2009. Schroders has three externally managed funds on the platform – CQS Credit, Egerton European Equity and Sloane Robinson Emerging Markets – as well as two internally managed funds, Opus Multi-Strategy and QEP Global Absolute.

This highlights the investor appetite for a regulated and transparently operated UCITS compliant hedge fund platform that is managed by an investment house and provides access to a range of
