The State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB) is looking for a successor to Keith Bozarth, who is retiring from his post of executive director. SWIB oversees the asset mix of the $82 billion Wisconsin Retirement Fund, which has set aside 2% of its assets for investment in hedge funds.
Recent allocations include $100 million apiece to MKP Credit and Capula Global Relative Value Fund. Officials began the slow and steady move into hedge funds in January 2010 with the approval of an asset allocation that included hedge fund strategies.
