The New York State Common Retirement System added roughly $380 million to hedge funds earlier this year including a new allocation to AG Super Fund of $100 million. Other allocations to hedge funds were via existing managers. Add-on allocations at the $147 billion state retirement system were: D.E. Shaw Oculus International Fund ($105 million); Brigade Leveraged Capital Structure ($70 million); Brevan Howard Fund ($55 million); and COMAC Global Macro Fund ($50 million).
