PXP to list Vietnam fund on LSE, rolling out open-ended fund

Kevin Snowball’s PXP Vietnam Asset Management is looking to list its flagship PXP Vietnam Fund on London Stock Exchange. The firm is also rolling out its maiden open ended fund.  The LSE listing will be on the stock exchange’s main board.

PXP, based in Ho Chi Minh City, runs about $120 million in assets invested in listed and pre-listed Vietnam-focused equity. PXP has converted its closed-end fund, the Vietnam Emerging Equity Fund, with $12 million in assets, into an open-ended fund. Plans are afoot to merge it with the Vietnam Lotus Fund, another fund PXP manages.
