Chris Tobe, senior consultant at Breidenbach Capital Consulting, was named to the investment committee for the $13 billion Kentucky Retirement Systems.
Tobe is supportive of Kentucky's continuing move to diversify into alternatives including hedge funds and private equity. He originally joined the board of trustees in early 2009 after being appointed by Governor Steve Beshear. At that time he left his post as a senior consultant for NEPC to work for Breidenbach, where he has been focused on stable value investment.
