Former RBS managing director leaves Aberdeen to join friends at Towry Law


Robert Dawkins, managing director of RBS Asset Management, has left the firm before the ink has even dried on its acquisition by Aberdeen Asset Management.

Dawkins is understood to be joining up with former friends Glyn Jones and Andrew Fisher from his days at Coutts.

Jones and Fisher are now non-executive chairman and chief executive of Towry Law, the UK wealth management business, which has just bought Edward Jones.
