KPMG report: investors transforming industry


Demands by institutional investors for increased transparency, liquidity and flexible fund strategies are driving fundamental changes in the alternative investment industry, according to a new report by KPMG that backs up many of the supposed trends that have been seen in the industry over the past couple of years.

The report, entitled 'Transformation: The Future of Alternative Investments', also found that most large investors are opposed to additional regulation of alternative investment funds.
