Berliand retires from JP Morgan after 23 years

Richard Berliand, a JP Morgan veteran investment banker who has been in charge of the bank’s prime services and derivatives clearing businesses for the past few years, is retiring from the firm after 23 years.

Carlos Hernandez, global head of equities at JP Morgan, told staff in a memo this week that Berliand would retire at year-end “to spend more time with his family and pursue personal interests”.
