RAB hires Citi's Seex ahead of launches


London-based RAB Capital, which manages $1.4 billion in assets, has appointed David Seex as CEO of Asia, as the AIM-listed firm gears up to launch new strategies in the region. Seex previously worked for Citi Alternative Investments (now Citi Capital Advisors), as head of its Asian operations, which encompass hedge funds, private equity, global fixed income, real estate and infrastructure.
