Carrousel rolls out new market-neutral and macro strategy


Carrousel Capital, the long-running closed-end fund arbitrageur led by CEO Bruno Sangle-Ferriere, is launching a new fund that combines global macro and market-neutral investment strategies and has hired the former head of Bear Stearns' European equity finance group to spearhead the marketing effort for the firm.

Chris Jenkins joined the firm at the start of July to market the flagship Carrousel Fund and the new Centrix IX strategy.

London-based Carrousel was founded by Sangle-Ferriere in 2001 and manages over $100 million. The new Centrix IX fund was launched at the start of July and is run by Christophe Le
