Key to enter UCITS III FOHF space


The London-based fund of funds, Key Asset Management, is to launch a UCITS III hedge fund compliant product. Key Asset Management, which is owned by Scandinavian-based SEB, has submitted its prospectus to the Luxemburg regulator, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, where the fund will be domiciled, for approval.

Chris Rule, investment director for Key, said that the new product is in response to client demand who want a widely accessible product.  Rule said: “We have been reviewing the hedge fund UCITS space for some time and already advise on a portfolio of hedge fund UCITS III funds.
