Taiyo broadens investment horizon in Asia


Taiyo Pacific Partners, the $1.8 billion Washington-based firm and one of the early pioneers of friendly activism in Japan, is looking to add to its existing public equities and nascent hybrid business by expanding its research and investing prowess into Japanese private companies.
