John Reilly is offering a long/short credit fund.
John Reilly, a former credit portfolio manager at Sigma Capital Advisors, launched a long/short credit hedge fund on Nov. 1, according to sources. Reilly left Sigma, a division of Steve Cohen’s SAC Capital Advisors, about a year ago.
Marshall Terry has joined as the New York firm as chief operating officer. He previously oversaw operations at DW Investment Management, a specialist credit manager that runs money for Brevan Howard Asset Management. Reilly has also hired Jason Byun, who worked with Reilly at Sigma as an analyst.
