UK-based Man Group is marketing a managed-futures product to retail investors in Singapore for the first time, offering its UCITS III-compliant Man AHL Trend in a share class denominated in the local currency. The fees are 3% for management and 20% for performance.
Singapore individual investors can invest a minimum of S$20,000 ($15,500) in Man AHL Trend, which trades in more than 150 global markets in currencies, bonds, equities, commodities and interest rates. The fund had £58.7 million ($95 million) in AUM as of September.
