Soros arrives in Asia with launch of new Hong Kong office


George Soros’ $27 billion Soros Fund Management has opened in Hong Kong, where the firm is thought to have relocated fund managers James Chang and Dai Jixin, who were previously based in the New York headquarters.

Chang, a former Tiger Asia Management managing director, joined Soros Fund last year. Meanwhile, China-born Dai has worked for the firm for 10 years.
