Analyst Bradford leaves Steel Partners

by

Analyst Travis Bradford recently left Warren Lichtenstein's New York-based hedge fund shop Steel Partners. In addition to serving as analyst during his tenure at Steel Partners, Bradford was chairman of the board for the Purflow, a filter company whose wares are used in the NASA space shuttle, as well as more mundane terrestrial applications. Steel Partners, which takes a private equity-type approach to investing in turnaround opportunities in micro-cap names, owns roughly 36% of the Sun Valley, California-based company.
