Waterstone starts with $80m


Shawn Bergerson has raised $80 million since he launched his arbitrage hedge fund firm, Waterstone Capital Management, and is poised to hit the triple digits before the month is out. Bergerson, the former CIO of Deephaven Capital Management, expects to hit $100 million in assets by the beginning of October and is looking to close out the year with over $100 million in assets.
