Ashevsky exits Soros for Aquila

In September, Boris Ashevsky left Soros Fund Management to join the New York-based multi-strategy group at Aquila Capital Management. At Soros, Ashevsky worked on the group's risk management team. He will pursue a similar focus at Aquila, where he will oversee risk management for the Aquila Fund.

That fund, created by former Millennium Partners principal, Neal Berger, trades a variety of underlying hedge fund strategies including equity volatility arb, stat arb, liquidity ECN trading, systematic CTA and mutual fund timing.
