Tudor BVI keeps firing

Another solid month from Paul Tudor Jones' flagship Tudor BVI fund with a September return of 4.38% lifts the fund to an impressive 16% year-to-date.

It was a quieter month for other macro funds such as Moore Global, which was up 1.7% taking returns for the year to over 21%.

Everest Capital found itself slightly caught by the weaker equity markets and swings in currencies, ending the month down a modest 0.6%. But investors aren't likely to be in the mood to complain, considering that Marko Dimitrijevic's macro strategy is up a hefty 70.3% on the year.
