Dalek spins out of Spinner

After an eight-year run at the technology-focused Spinner Asset Management, equity analyst Joseph Spiegel left in January to start Dalek Capital Management.

As of late January, Dalek was still in the process of being set up by Spiegel who specialized in covering everything from information technology to the video game sector for Arthur Spinner's New York-based hedge fund shop. At Spinner, Spiegel had worked on the investment shop's long running flagship Spinner Global Technology Fund Ltd.
