Moore keeps firing


Louis Bacon continued to stay on the right side of the market in the final days of 2003 with an impressive gain of 5.6% in December, marking its fifth consecutive monthly gain and pushing returns for the year up to 32.9%.

Most macro managers were also helped by the continuing slide in the dollar and positive trends in global equity markets.

Paul Tudor Jones' Tudor also had a good December with Tudor BVI gaining 2.6% on the month, taking returns for the year up to 16.75%.

Positive trends also helped Bruce Kovner's Caxton which had been struggling to make much headway
