Hedge fund consultant Richard A. Horodek recently joined New York-based Drake Capital Management as a managing director.
A veteran hedge fund attorney and a specialist in Japanese markets, Horodek will be joining the team headed by Drake Management founders Steve Luttrell and Anthony Faillace, who previously worked together at Pacific Investment Management Company and at BlackRock.
The fixed-income shop, which opened in January 2002, today oversees $1.8 billion in assets and has 12 full-time professional staffers.
