Former BofA exec logs in complaint with EEOC

Rob Davis, a former senior executive within Banc of America Securities' prime brokerage division, recently filed a claim with the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission alleging ageism at the bank. The complaint was filed in July prior to his dismissal last week. Davis was a former managing director and sales manager for the bank's prime brokerage division.

The prime brokerage unit was formed in the 1990s, and the original members of the team included Davis; Glen Dailey, the current chief operating officer; and Stephan Vermut, who has since left the bank and set up an office in San Francisco.
