Tino Sellitto, the former top small-cap growth manager at Putnam Investments, has resurfaced in San Francisco, where he is planning to launch a new equity fund. Sellitto, who left Putnam earlier this year where he managed just under a billion in assets, has opened up Akahi Capital Management and is planning to launch the fund in September.
