Kraus-sponsored art at Carnegie Mellon


Some of today's most innovative artists are finding hedge fund managers to be modern day Medicis in their generous patronage. Along those lines, early sketches created by the internationally acclaimed conceptual artist Mel Bochner have been unveiled at a Carnegie Mellon University gallery. And these artistic paper drafts of a soon-to-be-completed garden were commissioned by New York-based hedge fund manager Peter Kraus and his wife Jill Gansman Kraus, an alumnus and trustee at the university.
