UBS's prime brokerage unit has named Howard Eisen its new U.S. cap intro chief and given former U.S. cap intro head Joe Young the mandate to create a relationship management group for the firm.
Eisen, who joined then-ABN Amro's cap intro effort two years ago from Goldman Sachs, had been Young's deputy. In his new role, he reports to Andrew Dabinett, global head of capital introduction.
Going forward, Eisen hopes to expand the group's capability to match hedge fund manager clients with investors globally, using new technological systems and additional staff. The unit now employs 11 professionals; Eisen may
