Two former North Sound Capital managing directors, David Zusman and McAndrew Rudisill, are ready to begin trading their the first offering from their newly established firm BrightWater Asset Management.
The pair, who left the multi-billion hedge fund in March, are planning to launch a long/short investment fund on June 1. The fund will focus on natural resources, commodities and cyclicals.
Both Zusman and Rudisill made investments at North Sound in those same sectors.
