Another energy fund on the market


Investors eager to tap into the currently hot energy sector have another new player to look at: J. Robert "Bo" Collins, the former president of the New York Mercantile Exchange and a top derivatives trader who recently began trading an energy derivatives fund.

The MotherRock Energy Derivatives Fund invests in listed futures and options, OTC derivatives, equity shares, debt and bank loans of energy and energy-related companies. It also applies relative value and statistical arbitrage plays to the sector.

Collins, who joined the exchange in 2001, was previously the head derivatives trader in natural gas at El Paso
