Atlantic adds staff ahead of SEC registration


Alexander Roepers' $3.8 billion fund group Atlantic Investment Management has expanded its trading staff and built up its compliance infrastructure in advance of impending registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

In recent months, Atlantic Investment Management has added two traders, Adrienna Moy and Omar Sawwan, giving it access to round-the-clock trading capabilities. And two equity analysts are expected to join early next year, boosting the size of the research team to 10 from eight.
