The Greenwich Roundtable, a non-profit research and educational organization for hedge fund investors, has tapped Douglas Moffitt to serve as its full-time president. In this new role, Moffitt has been tasked with managing and growing the Greenwich, Conn.-based organization on a day-to-day basis.
Moffitt comes to the Roundtable from the Edina, Minn., hedge fund firm Aplos Advisors, where he was chief operating officer. Prior to Aplos, Moffitt was a managing director in the equities division of Goldman Sachs. He also served as a director in the equity department of Credit Suisse First Boston in Chicago.
