Eton Park's Hendel heads back to Morgan Stanley


The gravitational pull attracting Wall Street executives to hedge funds weakened a bit this week after Eton Park Capital Management announced that Stuart Hendel, its chief operating officer, would return to Morgan Stanley.

Hendel joined Eton Park in 2004 from Morgan Stanley, where he had been co-head of U.S. prime brokerage. When he returns to the investment bank in early 2007, Hendel will serve as head of global prime brokerage, reporting to Rich Portogallo, who oversees U.S. equities and global equity financing services.
