AM Investment Partners of New York has hired Larry Motola, a veteran trader of options and structured equity products, as portfolio manager for the firm's volatility arbitrage strategy.
Motola has more than 18 years' experience as a trader. Most recently, he served as head of U.S. equity proprietary positioning at JPMorgan. Prior to JPMorgan, Motola spent nine years at Bear Stearns, where as a senior managing director he headed the global volatility business.
