Griffin accuser quits


Citadel Investment Group founder Ken Griffin has won voluntary dismissal of a lawsuit brought against him by a former business partner. Rush Simonson had accused Griffin of taking a business plan that the two devised when Griffin was still an undergraduate at Harvard and using it on his own to build $13.5 billion Citadel. Simonson received no settlement and it remains unclear why he suddenly walked away.
