Shumway Capital Partners, a Greenwich Conn.-based hedge fund firm, has hired John Dyment, the global head of Deutsche Banks hedge fund capital group. Dyments role at Shumway remains unclear. Shumway, which manages $5.2 billion and is run by Tiger Management cub Chris Shumway, did not respond to inquiries.
Deutsche has promoted Maarten Nederlof and Sean Capstick to co-heads of the hedge fund capital group, replacing Dyment.
