Ale heirs offer hedge fund to outsiders


Chimay Capital Management, the U.S. investment arm of Belgium's Caraman-Chimay brewing family, is set to open a nine-year-old, in-house hedge fund strategy to outside investors for the first time in December.

New York-based Chimay Capital was co-founded in 1998 by Gui de Chimay, who serves as the firm's chairman, chief investment officer and portfolio manager.
