Fairfield Greenwich hires Graystone founder as global strategist


Fairfield Greenwich Group, which manages $16.4 billion in hedge fund assets, has hired David Horn as a partner and chief global strategist. He will also serve on the firm’s board of directors.

Horn was co-founder and chief executive officer of Graystone Partners, a consulting firm specializing in alternative investments that Morgan Stanley purchased in 1999. Following the acquisition, Horn served as a managing director at Morgan Stanley and head of global private client marketing and global senior relationship management for the firm’s largest private clients.
