Suit against Ivory heads to court


A lawsuit brought by a former employee of Curtis Macnguyen's $4 billion Ivory Investment Management is close to reaching the courtroom. A jury in the Southern District Court in New York will decide the case, which pits Christopher Fox against Macnguyen and his firm in a contract dispute for which Fox is demanding $10 million in compensation and damages. The trial date has not been set, but full submission of discovery documents is required by July 1.
