Security Global Investors, the asset management division of Topeka, Kan.-based financial conglomerate Security Benefit Corporation, is expanding its hedge fund business with the hire of a new marketing chief and plans to launch a new market neutral strategy later this year.
The firm has hired Sanjay Yodh as a managing director and head of alternative institutional sales. He will focus on expanding the firms global client base of institutional investors. Previously, he was director of new business development for alternative investment marketing at Liability Solutions, a third-party marketing firm.
